Abstract

Object: This study evaluates the effectiveness of root canal filling the premolars by sealer BioRoot in experiments. Subjects and research methods: We researched on 40 closed-apex premolars that were extracted premolar from 7/2021 to 3/2022. We conducted canal access, then used K file No.10 to probe and travel the entire length of the root canal. The root canals were prepared by R-motion file. Take irrigation, filling root canal by single-cone technique use sealer BioRoot.  We recorded that: fitting of sealer in the root canal, result of filling accessory root canal, lateral root canal by CTCB. Method: Preclinical Research (Invitro). Results:  36/40 teeth was filling root canal by sealer BioRoot fitting, accounting for 90%. 4 cases have space in CTCB accounting for 10%. Result of filling root canal is good 89.3%, medium 10.7%.
