EARLY RESULTS OF LAPAROSCOPIC DISTAL GASTRECTOMY IN GASTRIC CANCER TREATMENT OF QUANSU GENERAL SURGICAL DEPARMENT IN K HOSPITAL

Abstract

Objectives: The aim of this study is to present initial results of laparoscopic distal gastrectomy in gastric cancer treatment of QuanSu general surgical department in K hospital. Methods: A retro-observational of all patients whom had been diagnosised gastric cancer and treated by laparoscopic distal gastrectomy from 01/2018 to 06/2021. Results: 45 patients were identified whose medium age wass 56,1 ± 12,5, totally/assistant laparoscopic is 16/29, medium of lymph nodes was 12,6 ± 6,3, rate of lymph nodes metastasis was 5%, mediun surgical time was 206,3 ± 46,1, 4 cases were had intraoperative morbiditys, 5 cases were had postoperative complication, medium time of gas through the rectum was 2,9 ±1,4, medium time of operative period is 6,6 ±1,5 days. Conclusions: Laparoscopic distal gastrectomy with lymphadenectomy in gastric cancer treatment is effective, safe and can be performed in hightech medical center with experienced surgeons..
