Abstract

Object: Describe radiographic characteristics of ruptured cerebral aneurysm in 128-slides CT scan.  Method: Retrospective combine with prospective research, on 34 patients who received 128-slide CT scan and coiled at Quang Ninh General Hospital from 7/2020 to 7/2022. Result: Clinical: average Glasgow score: 13,38 ± 2,71, 76,5% Hunt-Hess score 1-2, headache 94,1%. Morphology: 50% SAH both hemispheres, 41,2% SAH at both supratentorium and infratentorium, 14,7% brain tissue hemorrhage, 38,2% ventricular hemorrhage. Fisher score 3: 58,8%, score 4: 35,3%. 100% aneurysms at carotid system, 88,2% aneurysm neck <4cm, 76,5% small size, 85,3% lobed, irregular, knobby border. Vasopasm 2,9%; vascular variant 8,8%. Conclusion: 128-slides CT scan is important to ruptured cerebral aneurysm diagnosis and treatment.
