Abstract

Objective: To synthesize evidence from the literature on the clinical effect of Bioceramic sealer based on studies at home and abroad.  Subjects and method: To study theoretical overview on scientific articles in Vietnamese and English published on medical data related to the research objective, implemented in accordance with PRISMA_ScR standard.  Results: out of 885 articles found on the databases, 22 articles were found that matched the research criteria. A total of 1629 teeth from patients with ages ranging from 18 to 65. The results showed that there is not significant difference between Bioceramic and traditional sealer (AH plus, sealer based on eugenol ZnO) in pain level, pain frequency after filling of 24 hours, 48 hours, 72 hours. Moreover, there is not significant difference among sealers in studies regarding  healing apical. Conclusion: Under limit of this research, it showed that Bioceramic Sealers have optimal efficiency, result same with other sealers regarding average pain level after filling, danger arising and pain intensity at 24 hours and 48 hours. The finding in studies is to provide information on clinical evaluation of Bioceramic sealer.
