KẾT QUẢ THỰC HIỆN QUY TRÌNH QUẢN LÝ ĐIỀU TRỊ THOÁT VỊ ĐĨA ĐỆM CỘT SỐNG THẮT LƯNG CHO NGƯỜI BỆNH TẠI BỆNH VIỆN ĐA KHOA TỈNH THANH HOÁ NĂM 2020

Abstract

Objective: The study aims to evaluate the results of lumbar spinal disc herniation treatment at the rehabilitation department, Thanh Hoa General Hospital, according to the treatment management procedure for lumbosacral disc herniation patients in 2020. Method: Using intervention research methods, before and after comparison without control groups. With a sample size of 300 patients, have been conveniently selected during the study period. Evaluate some clinical indicators of treatment results at 15 days and 30 days after treatment. Using methods of direct interview and clinical examination to get information from patients. Result: After 15 and 30 days of treatment, some clinical indicators of the patient have been significantly improved. The general condition of the patient after 30 days of treatment with very good treatment results reached 69.7%; good results reached 26.0%, average results reached 4.3%, no patients poor treatment results. With this result, we recommend that Thanh Hoa General Hospital can continue to maintain and expand the application treatment management procedure for lumbar spiral disc herniation for the patients
