Abstract

Objectives: The study aims to describe the inpatient experiences at the Viet Duc university hospital in 2021. Materials and methods: Cross-sectional descriptive research. The survey subjects were over 425 inpatients through the adjusted "Inpatient Test Report at the Hospital" of the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Health. The experience during the hospital stay of inpatients is classified into 03 aspects including facilities - utilities; the spirit of service attitude of medical staff; medical examination and treatment activities. Results: The average overall assessment score of patients' experience was 8.8/10 points and up to 99.8% of patients think they will come back and refer others to the hospital.
