Abstract

Introduction: Worldwide, musculoskeletal conditions are quite prevalent, have a negative impact on quality of life, and place a financial and social burden on society. It is interesting to conduct research on therapies that can assist patients with musculoskeletal problems live better lives. Objectives: The objective of the research was to compare the average quality of life scores of patients receiving physiotherapy at the Department of Physiotherapy, 30-4 Hospital, before and after treatment. Methods: At the Department of Physiotherapy, 30-4 Hospital, 190 patients with musculoskeletal diseases had their quality of life assessed using the 36-Item Short Form Health Survey (SF-36) both before and after receiving physiotherapy. Results: Before physical treatment, the mean quality of life score was 50.42 ± 11.39 points; after exercise, it was 51.76 ±10.60 points. This difference is statistically significant. The results were statistically significant when comparing the domains of physical activity, pain perception, sensation, and physical activity after physical treatment, according to the study's detailed analysis of the components of quality of life. compare your health, social functioning, and emotional restrictions to before physical therapy.
