PRACTICE FOR PREVENTION OF SARS-CoV-2 INFECTION OF CANCER PATIENTS

Abstract

Objects: To determine the proportion of cancer patients with correct practice in the prevention of SARS-CoV-2 infection. Subjects and methods: Descriptive cross-sectional study performed on 102 cancer patients treated as outpatients at Ho Chi Minh City Oncology Hospital in June 2022. Result: Percentage of patients with correct practice is 70.59 %. Conclusion: It is necessary to strengthen practice guidelines for the prevention of SARS-CoV-2 infection in cancer patients, encouraging patients to follow current medical recommendations.
