Abstract

Purpose: Assessing the status of rehabilitation work and the satisfaction of people with disabilities when accessing rehabilitation services and aids in Vinh Phuc province. Subjects and methods: 1029 persons with disabilities (PWDs) including 420 persons with disabilities and relatives at health centers and 609 persons with disabilities and relatives at provincial health facilities, Cross-sectional description study. Results: People with disabilities mainly aged 60 and over (54.4%); The degree of disability is mostly mild and unspecified. people with disabilities using standard wheelchairs accounted for the highest proportion of 15.93%, using prosthetics the lowest 0.38%. people with disabilities were satisfied with concierge services 86.7%; overall satisfaction with all concierge services 74.1%. Conclusion: People with disabilities have received some concierge services but are not synchronous and covered. It is necessary to develop policies and interagency cooperation to ensure the benefits for people with disabilities.
