Abstract

acute pancreatitis patients according to CTSI score at Bach Mai hospital. Method: Descriptive study on 46 severe acute pancreatitis patients, who were diagnosed and classified by computed tomography with contrast and CTSI score. Patients were received treatment at Bach Mai hospital Critical care center from 2021 to 2022. Results: Average age of patients is 48 ± 12 years old, group 40 – 60 years old contributes 60,8%. 91% of patients are male. Most common cause were hypertriglyceridemia with 54,3%, alcohol abuse with 28,3%. 67,4% patients were their first time, beside that some patients had history of 4 times acute pancreatitis before. 89,1% with tachycardia, 60,9% with fever, 63% with lung effusion and 89,1% with abdominal fluid. 80% of patients had elevated abdominal pressure. Conclusions: Severe acute pancreatitis is a popular disease which need to be treated in ICU. This condition usually happen in male patients at middle age. A large number of patients have tachycardia, abdominal fluid, elevated abdominal pressure.
