Abstract
From 7-9 / 2019, we conducted a survey on 45 nurses who directly took care of patients at the department of treatment on requirements of Viet Duc Hospital. Objective: to understand the status of implementing the "6 true" in using safe drugs for patients of Nurses. Research methodology: direct observation in combination with interviewing nurses according to the checklist of drug use procedures of Viet Duc Hospital. Results: 100% of nurses strictly adhered to the medicine; 93.3% of nurses reconcile ICD codes, 100 nurses make drugs on time, the speed of infusion, only 26.7% of nurses record the progress during the implementation. medicine. Conclusion: The majority of nurses follow the medication as prescribed
