INTENTION TO VACCINATE A COVID-19 VACCINE BOOSTER DOSE AND ASSOCIATED FACTORS OF FINAL YEAR STUDENT AT HANOI MEDICAL UNIVERSITY, THE ACADEMIC YEAR 2021-2022

Abstract
This study aims to describe the intention to vaccinate with a booster dose of the COVID-19 vaccine of final year students of Hanoi Medical University in 2021-2022 and describe several related factors. Design a cross-sectional descriptive study on 212 4th and 6th-year students majoring in Bachelor of Public Health, General practitioner, Doctor of Preventive Medicine, and Doctor of Traditional Medicine. The results showed that 92.0% of students intend to receive booster vaccination in the next 6 months. Positive attitude and perceived behavioral control are associated with getting the COVID-19 booster shot. This study provides evidence for activities to increase the proportion of COVID19-vaccination.
