Abstract

HELLP syndrom include the letter of Hemolysis, Elevated Liver enzyme and Low platelets is a serious complication of the pregnancy. If the diagnosis and treatment is inappropriated, the mother and baby may die in the progression. We designed the review study on 29 cases of HELLP  at ED in Bachmai hospital from 2018-2020 to evaluated the outcome of those patients. The result demonstrated the bird death rate was 13.7%. All of the patient need gestation cesarean. Third-fourth number of patient needed blood infusion with the rate of hemodialysis was 10%. The overall mother death rate was 6.9%. The early recognization and properly treatment at the special unit (as in an ICU) would reduce the mortality rate among the group.
