Abstract

Sarcoidosis is a systemic disorder of unknown etiology that is characterized by the presence of non-sacral granulomas. The disease can occur in any organ, but lung manifestations account for up to 90% of cases and also have the highest mortality rate. Approximately 25% of patients (patients) have respiratory symptoms, often dyspnea. Other symptoms include weight loss, fatigue, occasional fever or night sweats. Erythema nodules are also common. Lung lesions can either self-heal or progress to pulmonary fibrosis, and about 20-25% of patients have permanent impairment of lung function. The disease often has many different manifestations in the chest, but enlarged lymph nodes in the hilum and mediastinum are the most common manifestations of the disease. We introduce the some case of Sarcoidosis with full clinical and paraclinical characteristics, approach and diagnosis procedures for your reference.
