Abstract

Objectives: Evaluating changes in Cytokine levels, respiratory and some hemodynamic indicators in continuous hemoadsorption with Resin HA330 filter in the treatment of acute respiratory distress syndrome. Methods: Prospective and comparative interventional study. Results: There is a statistically significant change before and after the end of the adsorption dialysis regimen using HA330 cartridge in respiratory indices, hemodynamic indices. Conclusion: Hemoadsorption using the HA330 in ARDS treatment is effective in stabilizing hemodynamics and improving respiratory parameters by reducing the systemic inflammatory response.
