EFFECTS OF STONEBYE TABLETS IN TREATMENT URINARY STONE PATIENTS

Abstract
Objective: Evaluate the effectiveness of STONEBYE tablets in treating urinary stone patients at Hanoi General Hospital of Traditional Medicine from March 2022 to October 2022. Methods: Clinical trial study, comparison before and after treatment on 36 patients diagnosed with urinary stone, treated with STONEBYE tablets for 30 days. Results: After 30 days of treatment, all clinical symptoms such as low back pain, lower abdominal pain, urinary disorder, hematuria… were improvided in comparition with before treatment with p < 0.05. The mean stone size decreased from 7.49 ± 2.57 to 3.64 ± 4.63 (mm). Overall treatment results: 55.6% good, 13.3% fair. Conclusion: STONEBYE tablets are effective in improving clinical symptoms and reducing stone size in patients with urinary stones
