Result: Hyperglycemia was 40.3%. Control glycemia in the first 24 hours with a target rate of 15.3%. Glycemia control with insulin combined with diet in patients with glycemia above 10 mol/l reached the target at 24 hours is 37.5%, 24-48 hours is 40%, 48-72 hours is 66.7%. Conclusion: Patients with cerebral infarction in the first 3 days have a high rate of hyperglycemia and difficult to control glycemia in the first 24 hours. Patients with glycemia above 10 mmol/l, control with insulin combined with diet rapidly achieves target treatment.
