EXAMINES THE SEMI-CHRONIC TOXICITIES OF FUCOLEN ON EXPERIMENTAL ANIMALS

Abstract
Objective: To examines the semi-chronic toxicities of Fucolen on experimental animals. Subject and Method: semi-chronic toxicities of the Fucolen were evaluated on 30 Wistar mices on hematopoietic function. Results: after using Fucolen 4 weeks, 8 weeks and 12 weeks, the change of AST, ALT, creatinin in blood no different significants compare to control mice group (p>0,05). There were also no changes in invitro of liver and kidney tisues. Conclusion: Fucolen is not toxic for mice and mice liver and kidney function.
