KNOWLEDGE, PRACTICE REGARDING COVID-19 PREVENTION AMONG HEALTHCARE WORKERS IN CHO RAY HOSPITAL AND SOME RELATED FACTORS IN 2020

Abstract
Health workers with good knowledge and practice on COVID-19 prevention and control is significant contribution to controlling the spread of COVID-19. The study aimed to assess the level of knowledge and correct practice of healthcare workers in Vietnam about COVID-19 prevention and some associated factors in 2020. This was a cross-sectional study conducted on 199 health workers who directly participated in COVID-19 prevention and control at Cho Ray Hospital. The study showed that the proportion of healthcare workers with adequate knowledge and good practice were 98% and 94,5%, respectively. There was no statistically significant difference between related factors such as age group, living alone status, epidemic prevention and control duty, training content, information sources about COVID-19 and knowledge of COVID-19 prevention of healthcare workers at Cho Ray hospital.
