Abstract

Model was launch during the 4th wave of COVID-19 in Vietnam, it was approved for running from July 2021 till December 2021 by Binh Tan Epidemic prevention committee. Included 3 groups, Group 1 was 48 elementary teachers in Binh Tan district; Group 2 with 36 doctors working under the decision number 4600/QĐ-BCĐ dated 12/08/2021 contacted patient by telehealth method via either doctor’s number or switchboard number 08.68060022; Group 3 included Local health center, Quick reaction team, Committee of Fatherland front and the local volunteer group. The model was accessed 36279 cases in 5 wards of Binh Tan district, average 1170 consultation per day. Telehealth consulting in coordination with Local health center, especially Quick reaction team should be developped in many province, especially in remote areas, to supervise quarantine cases during epidemic period in order to utilize medical staff resources, minimizing hospital overload
