STUDYING FOR CLINICAL CHARACTER, ESTMATED THE RESULT OF LIP SQUAMOUS CELL CARCINOMA CANCEROUS OPERATION

Abstract
Lip cancer has the highest rate in oral cavity cancer. The oral cavity cancer is 30 – 40% in the head and neck cancer and the eleventh in the most common cancer. Purpose: Describe the clinical and histologic feature of the lip cancer with squamous cell carcinoma. Materials and method: Cross study with retrospective and prospective from 110 patients are diagnosed, treated of the lip cancer in National cancer hospital. Results and discussion: average age of patient is 65,17 years, youngest is 23, oldest is 93. Male/female is 1,4. In job, Farmer is 70%. Smoking and drinking has related closely cancer 33,6%. Upper lips tumor is highest 60%. Node metastasis is 15,5%. 81,9% patients were treated by surgery only. 72,8% cases were used the local removable flape. Neck dissection is 25%. The margin safe for tumorectomy is 98,2%, 74,5% good surgical result. The side-effect surgical result after 5 – 10 days is 6,3%.
