Abstract

Background: Primary health care has always been the mainstream of Health of Vietnam, the primary health care plays a very important role because the medical route closest to the people directly, ensuring that all people have health care basic cost, contribute to the realization of social justice. Objective: Evaluate the performance of the duties of the medical network neighborhood, village by the standards of the Ministry of Health planning and capacity building of medical neighborhood, village suitable for the situation of the oil district English, Binh Duong Province; Evaluate the performance of the duties of the medical network neighborhood, hamlet under the Ministry of Health standards; Analysis and identification of factors associated with the task to achieve and not achieve. Subjects and research methods: The medical officer in charge of village streets from January 2022 to September 2022 at Dau Tieng District, Binh Duong Province. The method described transect analysis, combining quantitative studies with qualitative research. Conclusion: The study subjects aged mainly between 30 and 49 years old, accounting for 61,1%. In particular, the proportion of females (66,7%) more than double the rate for men (33,3%). Regarding educational level, the proportion of grade II or to have a high rate (73,3%). Professional qualifications, including medical staff hamlets are most other sectors (92,2%). Only 7,8% of subjects were elementary school through nurse and physician. Most of the villages are part-time medical collaborators work population (88.8%) and collaborators nutrition (80.9%). There is an association between the level of implementation of functions and tasks with educated, holds many functions and tasks, job training for medical villages, monthly monitoring and supervision raid carry out the functions, duties and coordination in support of village leaders in performing tasks.
