Abstract

Objectives of the study: partial coiling dome of aneurysm to treat ruptured wide-neck cerebral aneurysms and difficult to perform other techniques. Subjects and research methods: 13 patients with ruptured cerebral aneurysm were partially coiled with aneurysms. Results: 100% wide neck aneurysm, neck size 4.86 ± 2.19 mm, aneurysm diameter 9.23 ± 3.41mm, depth 10.36 ± 3.57mm, 100% aneurysms divided part. There were no recurrent rupture after the technique, one patient died, 53.85% had mRS 0-2. Conclusion: Wide neck rupture aneurysms were difficult to perform other techniques. partial coiling dome aneurysm can be performed, when the patients are  good, proceed with additional intervention.
