Abstract

Health human resources are a decisive factor in the cause of care and protection of people's health. A description of the current human resource situation of medical facilities helps to point out the strengths and weaknesses of the quality of human resources, thereby proposing remedial measures to improve the quality of patient services and the quality of the unit. Using the cross-sectional descriptive research method, describe the human resource characteristics of the health center in the period of 2019-2021. The research results show that the number of center staff is insufficient compared to the provisions of Circular 08/2007/TTLT-BYT-BNV; the majority of human resources in the treatment area (88%); In the treatment group, the company Structure is reasonable according to regulations (TT 08/2007/TTLT-BYT-BNV); Regarding the professional structure, the ratio of doctors/other medical titles is still high compared to rules (TT 08/2007/TTLT-BYT-BNV). Conclusion: It is necessary to supplement human resources for Viet Yen district health center to ensure the quantity and quality as prescribed.
