SATISFACTION AMONG PATIENTS DIAGNOSED WITH COVID-19 AT THE FIELD HOSPITAL – HAIDUONG MEDICAL TECHNICAL UNIVERSITY

Abstract
To described satisfaction and associated factors among patients diagnosed with Covid-19 in the field hospital – Hai Duong Medical Technical University. A cross-sectional sudy. Convenience sampling with 206 patients diagnosed with Covid-19 at the field hospital – Hai Duong Medical Techinical University from February to March, 2021. Patients’ satisfaction was evaluated by the Satisfaction of Inpatients Questionnaire developed by Ministry of Heath and adjusted accordingly. The percentage of Covid-19 patient’s satisfaction score was 92,7%. Among patients’ satisfaction domains, the percentage of communication and interaction with medical staffs was highest (98,1%); followed by initial accessibility (94,2%); service delivery results (93,7%); facilities to serve patients (92,7%); nutrition during hospitalization (90,8%); transparency of information and procedures for medical examination, treatment, and care (86,9%). Age (OR: 1,9; 95% CI: 1,46-2,46) and clinical symptoms of Covid-19 (OR: 0,43; 95% CI: 0,06-0,29) were significantly associated with patients’ satisfaction, p < 0,05.
