Main Article Content
Abstract
Chronic kidney disease, especially end-stage renal disease (ESRD), is a global health problem with a high incidence. Artificial kidney is the most commonly used kidney replacement therapy. Objectives of the study: To evaluate the effectiveness of dialysis in patients with ESRD on hemodialysis. Research methodology: Intervention research. Results: (1) The average URR is 64,13 ± 3,25; The average Kt / V is 1,22 ± 0,12; (2) 67,57% of patients had appropriate URR and 75,68% of patients had appropriate Kt/V; (3) Clinical symptoms significantly reduced after dialysis compared to before dialysis, especially symptoms of fatigue, nausea and headache. Conclusion: Most patients with CKD achieved URR and Kt / V after dialysis.
