Abstract

Objectives: to determine the extent, location of infection, strategy of bacteriophages in patients malignant blood disease, Isolation of bacteria through microbial culture. Objects and Methods: A cross-sectional descriptive study on 151 patients diagnosed malignant blood disease solation of bacteria through microbial culture from January 2020 to April 2022 at the Center for Hematology and Blood Transfusion, Bach Mai Hospital. Results and conclusions: hospital infection: 60.3%; sepsis: 47.7%; gram negative bacteria: 75.6%, in there Ecoli rate is the highest (26.3%). Sepsis (47.7%), urinary tract infection (19.9%) and respiratory tract infection (19.2%). Level of infection: infection (72.7%), severe infection 18.5% and septic shock 9.3%.
