Abstract

Aims: Study on several clinical and subclinical features of Non – Hodgkin lymphoma original from gastrointestinal tract. Patients and methods: The descriptive retrospective combined with prospective study, 126 patients with Non – Hodgkin lymphoma original from gastrointestinal tract were treated at National Cancer Hospital from 2010 to 2015. Results: The mean age was 53 years old, the most popular age was approximately from 51 to 60 years old. The time of disease detection often was less than 6 months. The clinical symptoms usually were nonspecific, including: pain abdominal, weight loss, anemia, palpable mass, B syndrome. The stomach was the most common location (51,6%). The shape of injury often was ulcer. B cell lymphoma was primarily with 93,3%, the majority was progressive. B cell large diffuse lymphoma was the highest proportion (58.9%).
