Abstract

Using γδT autologous immune cells in the treatment of lung cancer is becoming the next important step towards opening up the prospect of providing the best therapies for lung cancer patients in Vietnam. The purpose of this paper is to initially assess the safety and efficacy of γδT autoimmune therapy in the treatment of a non-small cell lung cancer patient with stage IV in Vietnam. Research methodology: clinical case report and retrospective literature. Results: After 3 infusions of γδT autologous immune cells, the patient had a significant improvement in clinical, subclinical as well as diagnostic imaging. Conclusion: γδT autologous immune cell therapy shows high safety and brings positive results in the treatment of lung cancer in particular and other cancers in general.
