THE PREVALENCE OF MENTAL HEALTH AMONG HEALTHCARE WORKERS AT HOSPITAL OF VIETNAM NATIONAL UNIVERSITY, 2021

Abstract
Objective: To evaluate the mental health of healthcare workers at Hospital of Vietnam National University. Method: A cross-sectional study was conducted on 171 subjects from May 2021 to May 2022. Results: 29.8% healthcare workers suffered from stress, 56.7% healthcare workers suffered from anxiety, and 49.1% healthcare workers suffered from depression. Among the healthcare workers with mental health disorder symptoms, most were at a mild to moderate level. Conclusion: The rate of healthcare workers of the Hospital of Vietnam National University with mental health disorder symptoms is quite high, therefore, timely supportive measures need to be implemented to enhance work efficiency.
