Abstract

Objective: Evaluating the results of physiotherapy and Occupational therapy for children with spastic cerebral palsy under 6 years old by goal-directed training at Ha Noi Rehabilitation Hospital in 2018 - 2022. Subjects and Methods: Conducting research, clinical trials comparing before and after treatment  for fifty children with spastic cerebral palsy from 15 to 68 months old. Results: 81,27% goal attainment of physiotherapy, 82,72 % goal attainment of occupational therapy. GMFM 66 increased by 4,93 points after 3 months, increased by 9,93 points after 6 months. QUEST increased by 3,4 points after 3 months and increased by 5,5 points after 6 months. PEDI scale scores on functional skills and caregiver assistance in the domains of mobility and self-care function increased after 3 months and 6 months, the difference was statistically significant (p<0,001). Conclusion: Children with spastic cerebral palsy under 6 years old improved mobility and self-care function after 6 months of rehabilitation by goal-directed training.
