TREATMENT COSTS FOR HEALTH INSURANCE PATIENTS AT THE MILITARY INSTITUTE OF RADIATION MEDICAL ANDAND TUMOUR FROM 2019 TO 2021

Abstract
Objective: To analyze health insurance costs by health insurance groups of patients at the Military Institute of Radiological Medicine and Oncology, 2019 - 2021. Method: Descriptive (retrospective) study – Health economic analysis is based on analysis of secondary data. Results: the group over 75 years old has higher health insurance premiums than other groups, the costs paid by social insurance organizations have higher health insurance premiums than other groups with 1.8 million in 2019, 2020 and 2. 2 million in 2021; Health insurance payments for 10 common diseases in ICD are lower than those for diseases outside the top 10, and payments for drugs and bed (from 56,4% to 58,08%) are higher than those for other services. Conclusion: It is necessary to replicate the forms of participation in health insurance for people so that all people can benefit from insurance.
