The disease pattern of inpatients provides a scientific basis for building better health care plans for people who receive medical treatment at the grassroots medical centers. The retrospective cross-sectional descriptive study was carried out to identify disease patterns of inpatients in Cho Lach district medical center from 2018 to 2020, based on the classification of disease groups according to ICD-10. Results: During the period from 2018 to 2020, Cho Lach district medical center treated 14,887 inpatient visits, in which the group of non-communicable diseases accounted for the highest rate (95.1%), followed by the group of accidents, poisoning, and trauma (4.3%) and infectious disease group (0.6%). The three most common disease chapters in this period were certain infectious and parasitic diseases (22.8%), diseases of the respiratory system (21.4%) and diseases of the circulatory system (13.1%).
