Abstract

Objective: Evaluating the results of rehabilitation by speech and language therapy for children with spastic cerebral palsy under 6 years old at Ha Noi Rehabilitation Hospital in 2018 - 2020. Subjects and Methods: Conducting research, clinical trials comparing before and after treatment. Fifty children with spastic cerebral palsy from 15 to 68 months old. Results: 249 GAS were setted. The rate of goal attainment is  74,7%. PEDI scale scores on functional skills in the domain of social  function increased by 5,68 points after 3 months, increased by 11,1 points after 6 months.  PEDI scale scores on caregiver assistance in the domain of social  function increased by 7,87 points after 3 months, increased by 14,78 points after 6 months. Conclusion: Children with spastic cerebral palsy under 6 years old improved social function after 6 months of rehabilitation by speech and language therapy.
