STRESS STATUS OF PATIENTS AFTER COVID-19 TREATMENT AT AGRICULTURAL GENERAL HOSPITAL IN 2022 AND SOME RELATED FACTORS

Abstract

Background: The COVID-19 pandemic has caused severe and persistent psychological trauma to many people, especially patients after Covid-19 treatment. Objectives: Determining the stress status of patients after Covid-19 treatment at Agricultural General Hospital in 2022 and some related factors. Methods: Cross-sectional survey, quantitative research. Results: The study collected information from 400 patients after Covid-19 treatment at Agriculture General Hospital through questionnaire. The study results showed that, the rate of patients feeling stressed was 45.3%, of which 10.8% of patients with mild stress and 12% of patients with severe stress. The factor related to patient’s stress include: education, employment, financial change, post-covid-19 infection, source of Covid-19 infection, treatment level, co-morbidities and stress status of patients (p<0.05).
