KẾT QUẢ ĐIỀU TRỊ CHỬA NGOÀI TỬ CUNG BẰNG METHOTREXATE ĐƠN LIỀU TẠI KHOA PHỤ BỆNH VIỆN PHỤ SẢN NAM ĐỊNH

Abstract

Objectives: To evaluate the results of treatment of ectopic pregnancy with single dose Methotrexate (MTX). Subjects and methods: Retrospective study on 18 patients diagnosed with ectopic pregnancy and treated with single-dose methotrexate at the sub-department of Nam Dinh Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital from 01/01/2022 to 31/08/2022. Results: The age of the patients in the study was from 19 to 40 years old, the average was 30.1, mainly in the 20-35 age group (66.67%). The mean pretreatment beta hCG concentration was 1255 mIU/ml. This method of treatment gave a success rate of 88.9% and a failure of 11.1%, mainly injecting 1 dose of MTX, accounting for 72.2%, in no case up to 3 doses of MTX were used. The mean duration of hCG beta negative was 32.1 days. The mean duration of treatment was 10.3 days. All 18 patients in our study did not experience any side effects of MTX.
