Abstract

Background: Job satisfaction of health workers is an important factor that contributing to promoting and improving the working efficiency of medical staffs. Objectives: The evaluating satisfaction of medical staffs with job at the Center for Disease Con-trol in Bac Ninh province, in 2020-2021. Methods: Cross-sectional survey, quantitative research. Results: The average score of satisfaction was 3.88 points and the satisfaction with job was 75.56%. There is a statistically significant difference in job satisfaction by departmental structure. There are differences according to the professional structure for satisfaction of leaders, colleagues, internal regulations, salary, benefits, and overall satisfaction of the Center.
