Abstract

Objective: The study was carried out to find out some factors affecting financial revenue and expenditure at Vinh Phuc Transport Hospital, period 2019-2021. Research Methods: Design cross-sectional descriptive research, qualitative research by conducting in-depth interviews and group discussions. Results and Conclusion: In the period of 2019 - 2021, the financial revenue and expenditure of the hospital is influenced by a number of internal and external factors, in which, some factors have a positive influence such as: elements of the state's policies and laws; quality of medical examination and treatment services; application of information technology in management in general and financial management in particular, and a number of factors affecting negatively such as lack of and weak specialized human resources; Degraded or damaged facilities and equipment.
