Abstract

Objectives: To evaluate the results of knee rehabilitation after endoscopic reconstruction of the anterior cruciate ligament using semi-tendon and tapered muscle tendons. Subjects and methods: Retrospective and prospective cross-sectional study of patients after laparoscopic reconstruction of the anterior cruciate ligament with semi-tendon and tapered tendon at the orthopedic department of Moc Chau General Hospital, from January 2019 to April 2021. Results: Through a study of 69 patients, the results of knee rehabilitation after surgery to reconstruct the anterior cruciate ligament with semi-tendon and tapered muscle tendons at Moc Chau District General Hospital after 6 months of treatment, 98% of patients recovered, the knee joint was no longer loose, and the movement was pain free.
