Abstract

Background: Lack of human resources is one of the serious problems that should be considered as an integral part of strengthening the health system. Satisfaction with job affects the efficiency and productivity of human resources. Objectives: Describe The current situation of human resources and satisfaction of medical staffs with job at the Center for Disease Control, Bac Ninh province, in 2020. Methods: Cross-sectional survey, quantitative research. Results: The professional and division structure are not reasonable. There is a lack of doctors and testing technicians and redundant management and administrative staffs. The average score of satisfaction was 3.88 points and the satisfaction with job was 75.56%.
