Methods: Retrospective and follow-up more than 5-year survivors of stage II-IVB nasopharyngeal carcinoma (AJCC 7th) receiving chemoradiation treatment at K hospital from 2010-2013. Chronic pain according to CTCEA v4.03 and quality of life (EORTC QLQ-C30). Assess the impact of chronic pain on quality of life using the Cohen D impact factor. Results: From109 cases: chronic pain grade 1 and grade 2 are 23.9% and 13.8% respectively. Mean score on quality of life: Global quality of life: 62.9 points; physical functions: 83.7 points, role functions: 78.6 points; emotional function: 75.4 points; cognitive function: 78.1 points; social function: 65.4 points.
