CLINICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF POST-COVID-19 PATIENTS AT POST-COVID-19 CLINIC, UNIVERSITY MEDICAL CENTER, HO CHI MINH CITY

Abstract
This study aims to investigate the clinical characteristics of post-COVID-19 patients attending the University Medical Center in Ho Chi Minh City. A total of 1006 patients' information was collected in 2022. The average age of the patients was 39 years. The majority of patients had received at least two doses of COVID-19 vaccine, with AstraZeneca being the most common type. Overweight and obesity were the most prevalent comorbidities in the study population. Common post-COVID-19 symptoms included fatigue, shortness of breath, persistent cough, difficult sleeping, and headache. Other comorbidities such as hypertension and type 2 diabetes were also noted. This study provides valuable information to support the development of appropriate care pathways for post-COVID-19 patients
