Abstract

Background: The newest international guidelines as well as domestic protocols of endovascular intervention in the treatment of aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage were revised several years ago. It’s necessary to evaluate the effect of these domestic protocols. Objective: To identify the mortality, mortality and morbidity rates in patients with aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage treated by endovascular intervention at People’s Hospital 115 at discharge and 1 year after discharge. Method: Longitudinal prospective study 108 patients with aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage who were treated for embolization of cerebral aneurysms by endovascular coiling alone at People’s Hospital 115 from October, 2018 to April, 2020. Results: The average age is 52,8 ± 12,7. The male/female ratio is 1/1. The rates of mortality, mortality and morbidity were in turn 3,7%, 18,5% at discharge, and were in turn 3,7%, 18,5% at 1 year after discharge. Conclusion: The prevalence protocol of endovascular intervention is effective choice to treat aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage at People’s Hospital 115.
