ASSESS RESULTS OF TREATMENT OF FRACTURE OF THE LOWER END OF RADIAL BONE WITH KIRSCHNER PINS ON THE BRIGHT SCREEN AT THAI BINH MEDICAL

Abstract
Aims: EValuation of the results of surgical treatment of lower radial bone fractures with Kirschner pins on the bright screen at Thai Binh Medical UniVersity Hospital. Methods: The study was carried out from January 2020 to July 2022, in which 44 patients with fractures of the lower radial head were operated at the orthopedic department of Thai Binh Medical UniVersity Hospital, including 11 (25%) female and 33 (75%) male, the highest age group was in the 51-60 age group, accounting for 29.6%. Results: 44 patients underwent kirschner pins surgery. The status of easy fracture correction accounted for 47.73%, less than those that were difficult to manipulate, accounted for 52.27%; 52.27% of patients had good bone recoVery, 47.73% of patients had acceptable bone recoVery and no patients had bad bone recoVery.
