Abstract

A 46-year-old man, presented with his left distal radius fracture after a trauma, and treated by surgical method with open reduction and internal fixation by Volar plating. We report a clinical case who has a


 


 


                                                                                                                                                              


 


fracture of distal radius to discuss the palmar cutaneous branch of the median nerVe, and the Volar approach to access the distal radius fracture for treatment of case.
