Abstract

Knowledge and practice of healthcare workers (HCWs) on COVID-19 are crucial to help them effectiVely apply preVentiVe measures and reduce negatiVe impacts on their mental health. This study aims to assess the knowledge and practices of HCWs on COVID-19 and some related factors at some hospitals in Hanoi. A cross-sectional study was conducted on 443 HCWs in three hospitals. The proportion of HCWs with correct knowledge and practices on COVID-19 was 96.16% and 96.84%, respectiVely. There was a statistically significant association between liVing status, professional degree, participation in epidemic preVention and control, training content, and sources of information with the knowledge and practices of HCWs on COVID-19 at the hospitals in Hanoi.
