SỰ HÀI LÒNG VỚI CÔNG VIỆC CỦA NHÂN VIÊN Y TẾ TẠI TRUNG TÂM KIỂM SOÁT BỆNH TẬT TỈNH QUẢNG BÌNH NĂM 2022

Abstract

A cross-sectional descriptive study, interviewing 151 health workers to describe the job satisfaction of medical staff at the Quang Binh Center for Disease Control in 2022. Results: The rate of health workers satisfied with their work is high at 77,3%. Health workers are highest satisfied with direct leadership, colleagues (88,2%), overall satisfaction with the center (84,6%). Satisfaction with internal regulations, salary, benefits has the lowest rate (66,6%). Health workers are not satisfied with factors related to the working environment, salary, benefits, job assignment, promotion opportunities, personal success. The center needs to have solutions to  increase the ABC income, improve the working environment, arrange the on-call room and allocate time on duty appropriately. Strengthen human resource management, assign work in accordance with expertise, be fair in assessing, classifying and recognizing health workers' contributions. Organize convalescence, cultural and sports activities to improve the spiritual life of health workers.
