Abstract

Objective: Analyze the effectiveness of counselling and rehabilitation of patients with wrist and shoulder syndrome due to cervical spondylosis at the General Clinic of Party Organs in the Central Committee in 2022-2023. Subjects and research methods: intervention on a group of subjects with neck and shoulder syndrome, compare before and after to find out the effectiveness of counselling and rehabilitation through medical records and development questionnaires. Counseling to evaluate the results of nursing care and rehabilitation counselling with 4 levels in 7 effective evaluation contents. Analyze data on SPSS 25.0 with tables describing the frequencies and ratios of variables. Results: 24.7% of patients rated it as good and 41.3% of patients rated the counseling and encouragement as good. 29.3% rated average and 4.7% rated poor. Regarding counselling on living restrictions, 11.3% rated it as good, 52.7% as good, 33.3% as average and 2.7% as poor. Conclusion: Overall counseling results: the rate of good counselling and care reached 82.7% and poor care reached 17.3%.
