Abstract

Backgrounds: Stroke is a leading cause of disability. The treatment and care of stroke patients often lasts long after discharge, so family care contributes to the success of treatment. Caregivers' knowledge of stroke is important in patient care and supports. Objectives: Describe the current status on knowledge of primary caregivers of stroke patients at Stroke Center - Nghe An General Friendship Hospital in 2021. Subjects: Primary caregivers from family of stroke patients at Stroke Center - Nghe An General Friendship Hospital. Research method: cross-sectional description. Results: The primary caregivers of stroke patients from their families had a general knowledge of stroke at 60.8%.
