PARA CLINICAL CHARACTERS OF PATIENTS USING LEEP FOR CERVICAL LESIONS

Abstract
Objectives: Assessment on the para clinical characters of patients using LEEP for cervical lesions. Research subjects and method: We conducted descriptive analytics on 196 patients treating cervical precancer lesions by LEEP at national hospital of obstetrics and gynecology from 1/2022 to 8/2022. Results: The average age was 38.9± 8.7. Cytology from HSIL took place 18.9%. The rate of high risk HPV was 91.3%. Colposcopy detected and orientated almost the suspected cases for nevigating the biosy points. The concordance of colposcopic biosy and LEEP pathology was 64.8%. Conclusion: Cytology, HPV DNA and colposcopy were the keys for detecting cervical neoplasia.
